Originally from Miami, Florida, Abel has called Gainesville, Florida home since 2006. After visiting Alachua County on several occasions, Abel and his wife decided to move their family to Gainesville not only because of the Alachua County Public Schools “A” Rating, but also for the culture and focus on nature.

While his passion is real estate, Abel loves to participate in activities such as fishing, hiking, and boating, He spends his free time creating memories with his family and entertaining his friends by cooking up some fantastic dinners and having great conversations about attaining financial freedom through Real Estate.

With prior experience in Residential Real Estate Appraisals for 5 years and having received numerous certifications in the Real Estate industry including Home Inspector, Energy Auditor, Mold Inspector, Home Staging, and most recently achieving the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Abel’s goal is to share his in-depth knowledge to lead you on your path to find your new home or investment property. His excellent customer service skills help play a huge part in building strong relationships with his clients.
